Sebang appoints Kim Hak-Yong new president

Sebang Co. Ltd. (Sebang), specialized in integrated logistics including stevedore works, will restart its operation under new leadership headed by Kim Hak-Yong, new president.

Sebang has appointed Kim Hak-Yong, executive director, head of Sebang's Busan branch office, as new president responsible for its nation-wide operation in replacement of Shim Sang-Ho in his retirement age as president who took the post since Jan. 2009.

Ex. director Kim's appointment will be approved in a general meeting of Sebang's shareholders scheduled for forthcoming Feb. this year. Mr. Kim, president to be, is an expert engaged for long in container shipping business at Oju Shipping which acts a shipping agent under the roof of Sebang group. He has been reassigned to Sebang, parent firm, in 2004. Since then, he has been head of business division in Sebang, thereafter, head of Busan office.

Meantime, Park Hong-Soo, a senior director of Sebang, has taken over Mr. Kim's post in Busan effective on Jan. 2.
