HJLK renamed Eusu Logistics for fresh take-off
Friday, February 05, 2016, 14:17:34 Paul Yoon ckyoon7@paran.com
HJLK, a 3rd party logistics (3PL) service provider, has been renamed ‘Eusu Logistics’ for its fresh take-off.

HJLK said that it held on Feb. 3 a provisional general shareholders’ meeting at its head-office at Yeoeuido, Seoul and approved its renaming ‘Eusu Logistics’.

Eusu Logistics (EL) was established in 2001 3PL service offspring of Hanjin Shipping first named ‘HJLK’, and is growing as a specialized total logistics player since taken over by Eusu Holdings in March 2014. It is set to take its second leap as a global player on being renamed.

It is running overseas branch offices at 39 major cities in 21 countries around the globe including the USA, Europe, China, Intra-Asia, and India. It provides through its network to its customers global intermodal logistics service of high quality including sea transport, air service, warehouse, customs-clearance and multi-country consolidation service, based on its own-developed integrated logistics information system.

EL is likely to sustain its high growth by advancing in 2016 into China’s rapidly growing domestic logistics markets and by establishing firm logistics foothold in Intra-Asia and India. And it aims to achieve an annual turnover of 1 trillion won by 2020 as Korea’s signature logistics player providing differentiated SCM service.

EL’s major customers are Microsoft, El Kartel, Foxconn, Forever 21, Nongshim, MNC and others.
